2. Scope of Services
Our offerings are divided into three categories:
- Services: Live or scheduled guided experiences and consultations related to Maple Culture & Canadian Traditions.
- Digital Products: Downloadable guides, tutorials, and multimedia content.
- Goods: Physical items such as handcrafted maple-themed merchandise.
3. Payment and Processing
All fees are stated in CAD. Payment methods include accepted electronic channels. Confirmation is provided via email upon successful processing.
4. Reimbursement Policy
4.1 Services
To cancel or reschedule a scheduled service, please notify us at least 48 hours before the session start time. Approved cancellations made in this window will be fully reimbursed via the original payment channel within 7 business days. Rescheduling requests received at least 24 hours in advance will be accommodated based on availability.
Unless otherwise specified, services completed as agreed are not eligible for reimbursement due to the tailored nature of our guided experiences. This ensures that our hosts reserve the required time and resources solely for you.
4.2 Digital Products
Our digital products are delivered electronically. If you are dissatisfied, you may request a reimbursement within 14 days of purchase, provided the content has not been fully accessed or downloaded. Approved requests will be processed within 5 business days to the original payment channel.
4.3 Goods
Physical goods may be sent back within 30 days of delivery if they are unused and in original packaging. To initiate a send-back, contact us via contact form. Once we confirm eligibility, instructions for shipping the item back will be provided. Reimbursement for items sent back will be issued within 10 business days after we receive and inspect the item.
5. Non-Refundable Offerings
Certain personalized or limited-availability experiences are explicitly non-reimbursable. Such exceptions will be clearly indicated at the time of booking. Due to the bespoke planning and resource allocation required for these reserved slots, we cannot offer reimbursements. Alternatively, participants may request a reschedule at least 72 hours before the event.
6. Modifications to Terms
Maplenra reserves the right to update these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will be posted on maplenra.com with an updated Effective Date. Continued use after modifications constitutes acceptance.
7. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada.
